How do I change or update the payment receipt recipient on my PWI profile?
- Log into your PWI account
- Head to 'Settings' in your PWI account dashboard
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen until you get to the "Subscription Charge" section
- Underneath that, you should see "Select Recipient" and then a drop-down menu
- If you click on the dropdown menu, you will have 3 options
- "Org Contact Email" - This will send the payment receipts to the email address associated with your account (most likely your info@ email)
- "All Org Users" - This will send a copy of the payment receipt to the email addresses of all admin users associated with your account
- "Alternate Email" - This will allow you to input an alternate email address to send receipts to.
- After making your selection, hit the "Save Recipient" button. Your settings will now be updated, and your payment receipt will go toward the new email and/or users you've selected.
