Where do I track subscribers of my newsletter? Is there a record of when subscribers sign up?

The PWI Newsletter dashboard gives statistics about your subscribers. How many subscribers have signed up and when they sign up is recorded. The graph on the page will list month and date along with amount of subscribers who signed up.
